Description - The Province has a mandate to detect, report, manage, suppress and prevent wildfires within Alberta. Warehousing, Facilities & Technical Services within Wildfire Management Branch constructs, operates and maintains a network of facilities in strategi c locations throughout the Province of Alberta in order to achieve this mandate. The facilities require construction, upgrades and maintenance throughout the year to ensure readiness for when needed and meet all provincial and federal codes and standards. These critical facilities include but are not limited to Air Tanker Bases, Fire Bases, Fix Detection Locations, Telecommunication Sites, Weather Stations, Staff Accommodations, Warehouses, etc.I
