Description - Description: 1 instrument shall be procured for the Microbiological Department at Førde Central Hospital, which shall be used for PCR based amplification and detection of nucleic acids with hybridisation probes. The instrument shall be used for diag nosing the pathogenic bacteria Chlamydia trachomatis (chamydia) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhoeae), called CT/NG.
