Description - Description: The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below: This project aims to develop and implement Unidirectional Flushing Program (UDFP) at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska. U nidirectional flushing, a more targeted approach, forces water through selected pipes at higher velocity by closing specific valves, thus improving cleaning efficiency while using less water. It also also helps identify faulty valves and hydrants and enhances overall system reliability. The purpose of this effort is to ensure accurate GIS representation, optimize water system performance, and establish a systematic approach for flushing systems.
