Description - Description: This market relates to an agreement with a single company for the renewal and repair of interior and flexible soils in the housing of the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) in Oud-Heverlee ( 52 dwellings), Zaventem (40 dwellings), Kallo (12 dwellings) and Sint-Niklaas (16 housing). This is a 1 -year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract in a tacit manner under exactly the same conditions and at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC).
