Description - Description Within the framework of bilateral cooperation between Burkina Faso and the Federal Republic of Germany, the "Project to Support Internally Displaced Persons and Strengthen the Resilience of Host Communes" began its activities in October 2 021. It aims to build the capacity of partner communes and state and non-state actors to improve the social living conditions of internally displaced people and vulnerable host populations in the Centre-Nord region. It is implemented by the German Technical Cooperation (GIZ). The PDICA falls within action area (b) "Stabilization of host regions and integration of refugees and displaced persons in host regions" of the "Refugees and host countries"
