Description - Description: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Regional Directorate intends to solicit, on a 100 percent competitive small business set-aside basis, using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 for the procurement of propane supply and delivery to the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mechanicsburg, PA in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Weapon Systems Support (WSS).
