Description - The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement to provide InVitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits, and Test Sets services for immunochemistry supplies which are used to detect Herpes Simplex Virus antibodies in patient serum to the Pathology and Laboratory Department at the VA Medical Center, 915 North Grand Blvd, St. Louis, Missouri, 63106 and intends to negotiate a sole source contract with DiaSorin, Inc for the service and maintenance of the DiaSorin Liaison XL Equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6; Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. T
