Description - The object of this Service Contract is the completion of the Feasibility Study for the Brașov - Bacău Highway, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and the relevant legislation. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the submission deadline of offers.
