Description - THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT April 12, 2023. Repair Fire Suppression System Bldg 38, Project 673-23-102, James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa, FL 33612, RFP # 36C24823R0096. The Design /Build contrac t shall produce architectural plans and specifications for VA approval prior to proceeding to construction. The General Contractor shall subcontract the preparation construction document to a registered A/E. The A/E shall base the design to the VA issued preliminary design plan, coordinate, and collaborate with the VA requirements below. The project will install new piping with new routing so that hose connections will meet the flow requirements
