Description - Uusimaa's ELY Center requests your offer for managing public transport services based on a route-based license agreement. In this call for tenders, a route-based concession agreement refers to a concession agreement in accordance with the Service Con tract Regulation (1370/2007) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017), which is drawn up to manage route-based public transport services planned by the customer.
