Description - The customer intends to procure framework agreements for efforts and assignments within management group development, team development and executive coaching which are carried out by external organizational consultants. The efforts must be based on t he Customer's view of leadership, which rests on transformational leadership. The efforts must be based on a scientific basis and empirical evidence and contribute to strengthening, supporting and developing the leadership and employees of the Customer.
