Description - INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build Construct Ambulance Garage project at the Iowa City VA Medical Center located at 601 HWY 6 West Iowa City, IA 52246. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall construct a new ambulance garage addition adjacent to the existing Emergency Department. This project will add approximately 1500 square feet to the west side of the building. This project will also complete the landscaping and paving on the west side of the Iowa City VA Medical Center.
