Description - The subject of the public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport services of the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, in the wording of later regulations, in the period from the date of the national timetable change in December 2023 to the date before the national timetable change in December 2038 in parts of the territory of the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region for the operation of trains on the P1 ZÁPAD line Pilsen - Cheb - Karlovy Vary.
