Description - The purpose of this service contract is to deliver approved social secretariat services in order to fulfill the legal obligations in terms of management of the remuneration of Forem staff. .These services will be accompanied by the provision of compu ter software dedicated to payroll management, hosted and managed by the contractor. It must be an existing and proven payroll management solution that will be configured to the needs of the Forem and whose corrective and evolutionary maintenance will be provided by the successful tenderer. Any offer based on a specific complete tailor-made development will therefore be excluded from this contract.
