Description - Description: The Darwell Lagoon Commission (DLC) wishes to obtain proposals from qualified Proponents for the construction of a new wastewater transmission line along the north and south sides of Lake Isle. On the north side, the line will run from W oodland Bay Estates to a Lift Station located to adjacent to Sunnyside Estates. On the south side, the line will run from Silver Sands to the same lift station. The line will then run from the lift station to the Darwell Lagoon. The intent of this Request For Qualification (RFQ) is to seek qualified submissions from Proponents with proven experience in the construction of similar sized wastewater transmission lines.Through this Request for Qualif
