Description - Description: ALDOT WCR Area 5 Equipment/Warehouse Building located at 2715 Skyland Blvd. E, Tuscaloosa, Al 35405. Annual inspections, repairs, and maintenance of existing fire alarm and sprinkler system. Current system is: Gamewell-FCI S3 Series main panel; 1 local, addressable annunciator; 317 sprinkler heads; 1 addressable, conventional pull station; 1 addressable, photoelectric smoke detector; and all other associated equipment. Replacement of sprinkler heads, fire pulls, board upgrades, etc. Valid period: Date of award- 9/30/2024.Service will be requested on an as needed basis. Must include Service Call, Hourly Rates, Overtime Hourly Rates, and a percent mark-up for parts and materials.
