Description - Description The Village of Burns Lake (the Village) is seeking to obtain Proposals to remove the sludge from three of their Lagoons at its wastewater treatment facility and to de-water the removed sludge for future disposal.This request for proposal document assumes that desludging of the lagoons will be undertaken using geotextile tubes. The Village will however consider proposals using alternate technologies or methods to geotextile tubes.
