Description - Description: The Marine Design Center (MDC) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has issued this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to acquire a new barge and integrate a Government furnished crane into the barge, resulting in a floating crane with heav y-lift capability.
