Description - Description: The Municipality is looking to upgrade various facilities to include Net Metered Solar Photovoltaic (“PV”) Systems. As PV Systems are complex and advanced, the Municipality is issuing this RFSQ to understand market knowledge and expe rience in this area, and will use the RFSQ to create a pre-qualified Standing Offer list of knowledgeable proponents capable of working with the Municipality on subsequent projects.
