Description - Description: In order to optimize the costs of acquiring and maintaining information systems, the city of TOULON VDT) and the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée have decided to pool their IT resources. Since January 1, 2014, a single IT depart ment attached to the Metropolis has managed all of the IT resources of the two communities. The City of Toulon (VdT) and the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée (Métropole-TPM), hereinafter designated by the Project Owner, wish to set up a contract allowing: Lot 1: “Site development and maintenance services internet, e-services and additional services for the needs of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolis and the City of Toulon"
