Description - Description: The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualification (the Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in Construction Management Services for the Coquitlam Main No.4 Tunnel Project (COQ4T). T he new COQ4T tunnel will be approximately 5.9m in diameter and 2.15 km long.
