Description - This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to provide a submission for the supply and delivery of Classroom Supplies on an “as and when needed” basis, as further described in Section A of the RFSA Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
