Description - Description The Biobanking Department needs to purchase a new pipetting robot. The robot must be able to pipette different types of biomaterial, such as whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, DNA etc. with different types of viscosity. It must be able to scan 1D barcodes on primary tubes and boards, in addition to the 2D barcode being readable for single tubes in 96 format, hereafter called the Matrix tray. The barcodes scanned must be found in files, which together with other data are obtained in the department ́s own LIMS.
