Description - Description The subject of the VZ is the acquisition and protection of 300 tons of processed cheeses (hereinafter also "cheeses"). Cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also "HR"). The Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defense capability and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state.The subject of the General Assembly is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 6 separate parts, namely:1
