Description - NORCE Norwegian Research Centre (NORCE), hereafter called the contracting authority, is carrying out a market survey (RFI) in order to prepare a procurement and to inform the market of plans and needs for travel agency services.NORCE needs to establi sh framework agreements within travel agency services, and would therefore like to invite relevant tenderers to a dialogue conference in weeks 43-45, 2023.
