Description - Description: The subject of the VZ is the taking over of 1,105 t of potato starch (hereinafter also "starch" or "HR starch") and its protection. Starch will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administrat ion of State Material Reserves of the Czech Republic as the contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, the defense capability and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state.According to § 35 of the Act, the subject of the General Assembly
