Description - Description: This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Archaeological Assessment Services for the Moreau Park Revitalizat ion Project, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). Moreau Park, located in Thornbury at 76 Victoria Street South, is an approximately 4.5-hectare operational park with three baseball diamonds, an off-leash dog park, a playground with jungle gym, and a skateboard park. The site is quite level and consists of a number of surface types including concrete at the skate park, gravel parking lots
