Description - Description: The Corporation of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc (The Municipality) is accepting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms (The Consultant) to provide professional services for a Pavement Condition Assessment and Pave ment Management System update for all paved roads throughout the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc (inclusive to Tar & Chip and Asphalt roads).
