Description - Description: The City of St. Johns is seeking professional engineering and architectural services for the design and construction of a new fire station located in Gould’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The new station will service Gould’s and the su rrounding areas and will replace the existing volunteer fire station. It will include 3 drive-through service bays, apparatus bay floor, kitchen, training and sleeping quarters as well as some administrative space.The successful proponent will be required to undertake a wide range of services, including but not limited to the following: conceptual design, schematic design (inclusive of space planning), detailed design, estimating, tender services
