Description - Description Prequalification for a framework agreement for the Inner Coast Guard. The objective of the procurement is to have the classification, repairs and modifications carried out on the Coast Guard vessels in a cost efficient and quality-wise ma nner in order to maintain technical availability of the vessels so that the Coast Guard can carry out its assignments.  The framework agreement shall contribute to strengthening the Norwegian Armed Forces operative ability and stand-by through increased capacity for maintenance and upgrade services and the accompanying engineering support by giving the Norwegian Armed Forces access to such services in peace, crisis, conflict and war.
