Description - This project and its associated work is for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the Ferry Street Reconstruction project as further prescribed in the RFT documents. This project is the third implementation phas e in the Victoria Centre Streetscape Master Plan. This phase will include full road reconstruction and decorative streetscape finishes on Ferry Street from the limit of Phase 2 (West of Ellen Avenue) to Stanley Avenue.
