Description - Mount Barker District Council is developing an ongoing annual program of works to remove and appropriately dispose of silts and undesirable vegetation from selected basins year by year.Due to the nature of these works it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in the summer months and completed before winter of each year.Three basins are scheduled for intervention in year 1 (2023/24), which are:• Catt Court Meadows• Barker Road Mount Barker• Matthew Smillie Drive NairneA forward program of works on remaining affected basins beyond 2023/24 is currently being developed and will be finalised before 2024/25.
