Description - The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that ensures the delivery of goods by rail. The scope includes locomotives for pulling the Defence's own railway wagons. The framework agreement will take care of the Norwegian Arme d Forces' needs for the movement of heavier material in Norway and in Europe on the national and European rail network. The agreement will also be used in connection with donations of defense material and other goods. Allied nations will use the agreement through the Norwegian Armed Forces as client and counterparty to the railway transporter. The agreement shall apply in peace, crisis and war.
