Description - 2023 Clay Capping 1 Synopsis: TENDERRoad Reconstruction – Clay CapSealed tenders will be received in the office of the Rural Municipality of Scott No. 98 until 4:00pm on July 10, 2023 for the reconstruction, clay capping and gravelling of two miles of road located from NW 11-12-18-W2 to NE 12-12-18-W2 (from Range Road 2180 to Range Road 2182 on the 710 grid).  The successful bidder must furnish all labour, materials and equipment required.  Approximate volume of excavation is 5,700 cu. yds/mile of clay and300 cu. yds/mile of gravel.The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Each tender amount must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond made out
