Description - This consultation concerns the printing, advertising management and distribution of the Epernay Le Journal 2024 magazine. The services are divided into 3 lots: - Lot no. 1: Printing - Lot no. 2: Advertising management - Lot no. 3: Distribution. The a greement - framework with minimum and maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
