Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bench & Transit Shelter Advertising, as further described in the RFP Particulars section.Design, supply, install and maintain benches that provide convenience to the public within the Town of Cobourg boundaries.
