Description - Description: The U.S. Consulate Barcelona requires the services of a contractor to provide Gardening services. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must possess all permits and licenses require d to do business in Spain.
