Description - RPS is in a need for a new state of the art enforcement system for enforcement of on-street parking and illegal parking in the city of Reykjavik. The system should be able to verify if vehicle is paid, unpaid or has a valid residential parking permit by using LPNR (ANPR) technology. Ideally the solution should be able to enforce different type of illegal parking using AI technology.In the city of Reykjavik there is around 4000 paid on-street parking spaces divided into four parking zones, thereof one that includes time limit restrictions.
