Description - The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS) has formed a partnership with the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) and The Okanagan Indian Band to deliver a regional wastewater recovery project. The Township ofSpallumcheen will be the Owner for the purp oses of this work.
