Description - Council intends to appoint a panel of contractors on a schedule of rates basis for new construction and reinstatement of concrete paving, kerb and channel, vehicular crossing, and miscellaneous items throughout the Municipality (such as in main roads , residential streets, road reserves, and right of ways).It is expected Council will appoint up to 5 contractors depending on responses received.The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years.at Councils discretion.The Contractors shall supply all things necessary for construction of new works and reinstatement of k
