Description - Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is seeking to contract through the competitive proposal process with one or more vendors (the “Contractor”) to provide Financial and Housing Development Advisory ser vices on an "as needed, when needed" basis in accordance with the Section 2, Scope of Services.
