Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for JAMES WWTP – Screw Pumps - Bay 4 (New) & Bay 1 (Replacement), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
