Description - This Opportunity is seeking a Mechanical Contractor(s) who will provide leadership working within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model for a recreation centre portfolio, consisting of two (2) separate IPD projects across three (3) distinct loca tions.The City is also using this Opportunity to establish a multi-use prequalified list of Submitters that will be valid for a period of one (1) year from establishment of the list. If the City needs the same or similar expertise as sought in this Opportunity for the same Project(s), the City may, but is not required to, contact the highest ranked qualified in pursuit of reaching commercial terms agreement.
