Description - The scope of this request is to solicit proposals for the supply and delivery of thirty-two (32) hanging baskets to be delivered at a mutual location. The hanging baskets will be placed on brackets located on decorative light standards located in the downtown area in 2024. Anticipated delivery will take place during the morning hours in the week of May 15, 2024, weather permitting.The contract will terminate upon successful completion of the project including any warranty period if applicable. Upon mutual agreement by the Town and contractor the contract may be extended to 2025. See the attached contract document for more information.
