Description - Description: It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents who are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Management Services for Modular Supportive Housing, as further described in Tender documents.The successful proponent(s) will be a construction firm with significant experience in delivery of repurposing modular units
