Description - The scope of this tender is for the supply of all labour and equipment required to provide winter maintenance to the entrance, fire lane and parking lots at the East Elgin Community Complex for the 2023-2024 season. Winter maintenance includes snow p lowing, sanding, and salting. The work is weather dependent with no guarantees for weekly work.
