Description - Description: Scope of ServicesThe City, acting through the City Auditor, is seeking qualified Legal Counsel to provide as-needed legal services to the OCA and, to the Audit Committee, to the extent legally permissible. Under Charter section 40.2 and Municipal Code section 26.1712, this Contract and any amendments must be approved by the City Council. The Contract will be managed by the City Auditor, and the City must also approve any subcontracts that may be necessary for the Legal Counsel to fulfill the duties under the Contract.
