Acquisition, Installation And Commissioning Of Inverters For The Benefit Of The Cnss Ouazzane Agency And The Cnss Ibn Batouta Agency Reporting To The Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Regional Directorate. -Complete Technical Documentation On The Proposed Equipment (Catalog), Must Be Submitted To The Resources Division / General Resources Office (6Th Floor) At 26 Av Abderrahmane El Youssfi, Or Sent To The Following Address Dr.Tanger@Cnss.Ma No Later Than 10/22/2025 At 4:00 P.M. (Deadline For Submitting Documents). -Guarantee Required: The Equipment Supplied Must Benefit From A Guarantee Of At Least 1 Year Covering Any Manufacturing, Operating Or Performance Defects. In The Event Of A Failure During The Warranty Period, The Supplier Must Repair Or Replace The Equipment At No Additional Cost. -Warranty Certificate: As Part Of The Administrative And Technical Monitoring Of The Delivered Equipment, A Guarantee Certificate Relating To The Equipment Must Be Presented To The Project Owner After Validation Of The Order Form. -Deposit: The Selected Supplier Is Required To Present, Within A Maximum Period Of 7 Days From Notification Of The Purchase Order, A Bank Guarantee In The Amount Of 7% Of The Total Amount Of The Purchase Order. Said Deposit Will Be Returned (12) Months After Delivery Of The Equipment, Subject To The Lifting Of All Possible Reservations.
