The Subject Of The Agreement Framework Is To Provide The Contractor'S Services For The Implementation Of Special Services Movements Law 4314/14 And Law 4914/22, Including Equipment And The Files Of These Services In Places, Inside And Outside Attica Throughout The Greek Territory. The Services Where Applicable Are Mainly Concerned With The Transfer And Unloading To The Buildings And Areas Indicated By The Contracting Authority, The Transfer Of Materials, Office Equipment, Files Etc From Building To Building, From Floor To Floor And/Or Warehouse To Warehouse Either Within The Same Building Or Outside, Dexion), Because Of One Of The Following Circumstances: - Movement Of A Housing Service From One Building To Another Within The Same City. - Movement Of Part Or All Of The Housing Service Within The Existing Building Due To The Expansion/Shrinkage Of Its Needs In Office Or Internal Arrangements Etc. Cities In The Greek Territory Are The Wider Area Of The Municipalities Of The Attica Basin, As Well As The Municipalities Based By The Special Management Services Of The Nsrf Regional Operational Programs. The Services Provided Are Described As Indicative Below: - Packaging And Unpacking Office Equipment (Furniture, Offices, It Equipment, Office Equipment, Etc.), In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority Aimed At Safely Moving It. - Office Of Office Equipment Within The Building Housed By A Service (Internal Relocation) Or To Another Building Of The Same City, According To Its Needs. - Packaging, Transfer, Unpacking And Repositioning Files At Points Indicated By The Contracting Authority. - Placement Of Office Equipment (Furniture, Offices, Office Equipment, Etc.) As Well As It Equipment (Without Connection) In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. - Packaging And Transferring Any Air Conditioning Units (Divided) Without Including Dismissal And Reassignment Work. - In The Event That The Relocation Requires The Dissolution And Reasserary Of The Equipment (Furniture, Offices, Etc.), The Economic Operator Is Obliged To Carry Out It, As Long As There Is No Risk Of Destruction, Without Additional Expense Of The Contracting Authority.
