The purpose of the framework agreement is the procurement of new and replacement of outdated telecommunications equipment with the aim of Upgrading the Networking of the Building Facilities of EYDAP S.A.
This Expenditure Relates To The Assignment Of Configuration, Hosting And Support Of Integrated Procurement Management Information System (Contests - Conventions), Legal Documents, Monitoring Of Project Implementation And Personnel Assessment. This Project Consists Of Developing An Integrated Information System, Which Includes Distinct Subsystems Designed To Upgrade And Digitize Critical Operational And Administrative Procedures. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Overall Reorganize And Enhance The Operational Capabilities Of The Directorate -General For Financial And Administrative Services (Dgd), The General Secretariat For Information Systems And Digital Governance, The General Secretariat For Telecommunications And Post, The E -Government Sa (Idika), As Well As The National Cyber Security Authority (Eac). The Proposed Action Aims To Substantially Enhance The Infrastructure And Operational Adequacy Of The Above Bodies, Through The Introduction Of Innovative Technological Tools, The Enhancement Of Traceability And Interoperability, And The Improvement Of The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Services Provided. At The Same Time, The Project Responds To The Need To Deal With Timeless Pathogens Of Public Administration, Adopting A Coherent, Holistic And Technologically Advanced Approach To The Monitoring, Management And Evaluation Of Public Procurement. In This Context, It Is Envisaged To Implement Targeted Interventions, Including The Integration Of Advanced Computer And Communications Technologies, As Well As The Promotion Of Innovative Contract Management Solutions. The Project Is Fully Part Of The Institutional Framework Determined By The Provisions Of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/A/08-08-2016) On Public Procurement, As Applicable, Following The Amendments To Law 4782/2021 (Government Gazette 36/A/09-03-2021). Given The Complexity And Strategic Importance Of The Projects Implemented By The Stakeholders, This Action Is Expected To Contribute Decisively To The Effective Monitoring Of Their Progress And Completion, Enhancing The Ability Of Stakeholders To Meet Their Business And Development Objectives.
